Sylvester finds some interesting ways to get up to Tweetie Bird's cage only to find his efforts thwarted.

When Friz Freleng directed 1947's "Tweetie Pie," he may not have known he was making history. This, the first pairing of Sylvester the sputtering cat and Tweetie (later Tweety) the wide-eyed canary, won an Academy Award and united a duo that would appear in more than 40 Warner Brothers cartoon shorts by 1962. Sylvester and Tweety earned their studio another Academy Award for 1957's "Birds Anonymous" and several other Oscar nominations through the years. Generations of Americans have grown up watching Sylvester's classic, ever-thwarted attempts to catch Tweety. With two of the most famous voices in cartoons, both supplied by Mel Blanc, Sylvester's sloppy "sufferin succotash" and Tweety's baby-voiced "I tawt I taw a puddy tat," Sylvester and Tweety are two of the most quickly identified characters in cartoons. Somebody asked for a compilation video of every time Tweety says "I Tawt I Taw a Puddy Tat" - well, here ya go! I'm fairly confident this is a complete collection (classics, of course, nothing after the 1960s)

I Tawt I Taw a Puddy Tat is a 2011 3D computer-animated Looney Tunes short film featuring the characters Sylvester, Tweety and Granny. It is an adaptation of the 1950 song " I Taut I Taw a Puddy Tat " sung by Mel Blanc.

I Tawt I Taw a Puddy Tat is a 2011 3D computer-animated short film starring the characters Sylvester, Tweety and Granny.

I Tawt I Taw A Puddy Tat is adapted from a children’s record of the same name that Blanc released in the late 1940s. Blanc’s vocal track was expertly separated from the original recording and given a digital spit-and-polish for the new, CG-animated 3-D short, which also features 94-year-old June Foray in her role as Tweety’s indomitable owner Granny.

2011 released with Happy feet two.

Looney Tunes name was inspired by Walt Disney's musical series Silly Symphonies. Looney Tunes films are considered among the greatest animated cartoons of all time.
